通过对于1913年由国民党人策划的宋教仁遗体照片的生产、使用和流通过程的分析，尝试呈现国民党人在自己的新闻与宣传实践中展开的各种挑战。他们的努力，既是发挥摄影作为当时的先进视觉传播手段的尝试，也是克服新闻摄影的局限以及扩大新闻摄影的动员能力的努力。这种努力，因为报人和党人立场的重合，令新闻和宣传的边界受到挑战，这在由刺宋案而起的摄影实践中体现得尤为明显。
Through theanalysis of the production, usage and circulation of the photo ofSong Jiaoren’s body planned by members the Kuomintang in 1913, thislecture attempts to present the challenges of members of theKuomintang in their own practice of journalism and propaganda. Theirefforts were not only an attempt to make use of photography as an advancedmeans of visual communication at that time, but also an effort to overcome thelimitations of photojournalism and expand the mobilizationcapacity of photojournalism. This effort, because of the overlap betweenthe standpoints of journalists and partisans, challenges the boundaries ofjournalism and propaganda, which is especially evident in the photographicpractice initiated by the assassination of Song Jiaoren.

About the lecturer
顾铮GuZheng
复旦大学新闻学院教授，复旦大学信息与传播研究中心研究员，复旦大学视觉文化研究中心副主任。1998年毕业于日本大阪府立大学人类文化研究科比较文化研究专业，获学术博士学位。曾任第56届世界新闻摄影比赛终评评委。2017—2018年度哈佛燕京访问学者。
2019年德国海德堡大学第九届中国艺术史海因茨·葛策杰出客座教授（9th Heinz Götze Distinguished Visiting Professor Chinese Art History）。曾获得中国摄影金像奖（理论评论）（2001年）及第一届沙飞摄影奖学术奖（2007年）。著有专著多部，并在国内外策划多个摄影展览。
A professorat Fudan Journalism School, researcher of Center for Information andCommunication Studies of Fudan University, deputy director of Research Centerfor Visual Culture of Fudan University. He received his Ph.D. from OsakaPrefecture University in Japan 1998.
He was aHarvard-Yenching Visiting Scholar from 2017 to 2018, and the 9th Heinz GötzeDistinguished Visiting Professor Chinese Art History in 2019. He has won theGolden Statue Award For China Photography (theoretical review award) (2001) andthe academic award of the First Sha Fei Photography Award (2007). He haswritten many treatises and planned many photographic exhibitions at home andabroad.
