近些年来,不少中国策展人着力于从中国艺术的历史脉络和当代现场出发来寻找切入国际艺术场域的路径。在知识储备上,兼具历史视野和跨文化视域的整体观;在策展实践上,连接起当代与古代及近现代美术等原本不同的领域。而这种对自身路径的建构本身就处于国际化的网络之中,同时也反馈到更具广泛意义的艺术世界。
学院美术馆一方面要梳理自身的历史脉络并结合学科发展规划相关的研究、展览和传播活动,另一方面则要连接社会,与更为广泛的公众进行互动,向外界展示基于其学术定位的社会形象和主张。讲座将结合国内外的策展案例,思考新的时代语境下的学院美术馆如何在学校历史、地缘关系以及社会互动等多重关系中努力凸显自身的艺术主张。
In recent years, many Chinese curatorsfocus on the historical context and contemporary scene of Chinese art to findthe way to enter the international art field. In terms of knowledge reserve,they have both a historical perspective and a holistic viewfrom cross-cultural perspective; In curatorial practice, they connectthe different fields such as contemporary, ancient and modern art.The construction of their own path is already in the internationalnetwork, and also feedback to the broader meaning of the art world.
On the one hand, the university art museumshould sort out its own historical context and combine the development ofdisciplines to plan relevant researches, exhibitions and communicationactivities, on the other hand, it should connect the society, interact witha broader mass, and show the social image and proposition based on itsacademic orientation to the outside world. Combined with curating cases athome and abroad, the lecture will reflect on how the university art museum onsin multiple relationships such as school history, geographical relationship andsocial interaction.

About the lecturer


胡斌,本科、硕士毕业于广州美术学院美术史系,博士毕业于中国艺术研究院,曾在广东美术馆编辑部、三年展办公室、广州美术学院美术史系工作,现为广州美术学院美术馆常务副馆长、艺术管理学系教授。专注的研究方向有中国革命美术史、中国现当代艺术展览史,长期从事现当代艺术的批评与策展。著有《视觉的改造:20 世纪中国美术的切面解读》《何以代表“中国”:中国在世博会上的展示与国家形象的呈现》等。
Hu Bin obtained his bachelor and masterdegree from Department of Art History of Guangzhou Academy of FineArts, and then graduated from Chinese National Academy of Arts with adoctoral degree, he worked in the editorial off ice and GuangzhouTriennial office of Guangdong Museum of Art, and Department of ArtHistory of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, now he is the deputy directorof the Art Museum of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, and a professorof Department of Arts Management. The research directions he focuseson are the history of Chinese revolutionary arts and the exhibitionhistory of Chinese modern and contemporary art, and he has beenengaging in the criticism and curatorial work of modern and contemporaryart. He is the author of Visual Reformation: theSectional Interpretation of Chinese Fine Arts in20th Century, What Best Represents China? The Display of Chinaand Its National Image in World Expositions, etc.
